Retainage withheld on AIA billings, standing on its own — how much is held per job, how much has been released, and what's still outstanding. Recording a release posts an "in" entry to the Project Ledger.
Held is computed from each job's AIA G702/G703 (retainage % applied to completed-to-date, from the latest application). Only jobs billed via AIA appear here — simple-invoice jobs don't withhold retainage. The "as of" date is the latest application date.
