How & When You Get Paid

Commissions — quarterly, in arrears, pay-when-paid: earned once Endurance collects on the job; each payment covers the prior quarter's collections. $1M annual threshold (Year 1) tracked year-to-date.
Profit sharing — one pool set by Feb 15 on the prior year's net profit, divided into four equal installments, paid at each quarter-end.
